An exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to work with one of our homelessness clients based in West London and will be a role that lasts 2 months with a possibility with extension! If you have experience working within the sector and as a Team Leader please do get in touch ASAP.Oversee the day to day running of the service, support and manage a team across the project.
- Work closely with outreach teams, local authorities, other housing providers, landlords and charities to identify and improve pathways out of rough sleeping.
- Provide line management and motivational support to a high performing team.
- Liaise with partner agencies to build and maintain effective relationships to support effective service delivery.
