Housing CoachWe have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Coach to join a national recognised Charity dedicated to ending homelessness. The key focus of the Housing Coach is to provide high quality housing and integration support to individuals that have been recently granted refugee status and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.The role of the Housing Coach will include:- Supporting a caseload of newly recognised refugees directly towards housing and integration - Managing referrals into the service and enabling clients to get house and achieve integration outcomes- Providing a high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance service and case work to clients - Conducting initial assessments to develop a personal integration and housing plan Applicants for the Housing Coach role will need:- Experience carrying out detailed assessments - Proven experience in working to agreed service levels - Knowledge of housing, homelessness and welfare legislation including safeguarding duties If you are interested in this opportunity, and would like to hear more, please apply ASAP!!
