Overview

Marks Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to work on a rolling contract for a reputable Housing Association. Key Responsibilities
  • Tenancy Management: Handle tenancy-related queries, sign-ups, and terminations. Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and address breaches effectively.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Coordinate and monitor property repairs and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Rent and Arrears: Assist in rent collection and manage arrears, providing advice and support to tenants where needed.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with tenants and community stakeholders to foster a positive living environment.
  • Anti-Social Behavior: Investigate and resolve complaints regarding anti-social behavior in accordance with the housing association’s policies.
  • Safeguarding: Identify and address safeguarding concerns, working with relevant agencies to support vulnerable individuals.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Requirements
