Housing Officer

I am working with a local authority who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Officer to manage a portfolio of properties and provide frontline housing services. This role is both office-based and customer-facing, ensuring our residents receive exceptional support and service. You will report directly to the Housing Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a designated patch of properties, ensuring effective service delivery.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Support vulnerable individuals, offering guidance and assistance as needed.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage a varied caseload.

Adhere to and implement housing policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
