The Role: Sheltered Housing Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Sheltered Housing Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting older and vulnerable residents. In this role, you will deliver an enhanced housing management service, working closely with partners and stakeholders to maintain a safe, clean, and well-managed living environment for our sheltered housing tenants.

You will ensure that health and safety standards are upheld, identifying and mitigating potential risks while fostering a secure and welcoming community. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused and committed to improving the quality of life for older residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused sheltered housing service
  • Monitor the health and safety of tenants, addressing any risks effectively
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to maintain high standards of building safety and cleanliness
  • Ensure the sheltered housing environment is welcoming, secure, and well-maintained
  • Provide support and guidance to residents, helping them live independently
