We are working with a West London Council who are seeking a proactive Housing Officer (Lettings) to join our housing hub team. You will play a key role in managing lettings and tenancy-related matters, ensuring smooth on-boarding for new tenants, and supporting our housing managers in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing lettings processes from start to finish
  • Managing tenancy agreements and ensuring compliance with housing policies
  • Supporting tenants with queries and ensuring a smooth move-in process

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar lettings or housing role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full on-site position, able to travel around the borough
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
