Job Role

To provide weekly supervision to caseworkers and monitor cases/ deal with complex cases.

To provide casework services directly with Ukrainian refugees and their Sponsors under the Homes For Ukraine Scheme in order to sustain arrangements at risk of failure, prevent homelessness, provide comprehensive

advice about and access to appropriate rehousing options including the new "rematching" of refugees to new Sponsors.

This will include visiting clients in their current homes or other places.

This will include ensuring high quality communications with people whose first language is not English.

There will be data entry requirements for high quality record keeping and reporting purposes so good IT skills are essential.

You are required to have a sympathetic and compassionate approach to vulnerable people.

You will need to be able to work closely with teams, services and external organisations.
