We are seeking an experienced HOST Team Leader to provide short-term cover for a secondment opportunity. The role involves leading and managing a homelessness frontline team, ensuring the effective delivery of services for single people with multiple support needs. The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing frontline homelessness teams and working within a local authority setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision: Oversee and support a team of casework officers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Case Management & Quality Assurance: Monitor casework, ensuring compliance with legislation, council policies, and best practices.

Homelessness Prevention & Housing Solutions: Develop pathways for single homeless individuals, ensuring timely interventions.

Partnership Working: Collaborate with housing providers, legal teams, and support services to improve customer outcomes.

Performance Management: Drive service improvements, monitor staff workload, and ensure KPIs are met.

Strategic Support: Deputise for the Team Manager, contribute to policy development, and attend multi-agency case meetings.
