About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Housing Transformation Programme Consultant for a Local Authority in London.
Accountabilities
- Lead on the delivery of a large housing transformation programme
- Carry out discovery, analysis and review of the existing housing service
- Development of a robust housing governance structure
- Lead on cultural and operational change initiatives
- Deliver a housing transformation programme that aligns with regulatory standards and with a focus on tenant and resident needs
- Re-evaluation of operational processes, repairs, maintenance, and the full lifecycle of housing services
- Lead the transformation of housing services in alignment with the Council’s strategic objectives
- Establish and oversee a PMO to support and develop the programme
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functions within the Local Authority
Candidate Requirements
- Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) qualifications preferably
- Proven experience within Local Government
- Experience in housing transformation programmes
- In-depth understanding of the housing regulatory environment
- Experience conducting in-depth reviews of housing services
- Skilled in leading cultural and operational change
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance structures
- PMO and programme expertise
- Extensive Experience in housing transformation
- Able to start quickly
- Willing to travel to London minimum 3 days per week
