Location: Hale Village, London, N17

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Housing Services Department and work in partnership with our concierge/facilities provider to take responsibility for the standard of estate services, ensuring all contracts and utilities are properly monitored, delivered and paid for. You will also liaise with other departments across the organisation to assist our Resident and Tenancy Associations.

With a proven background in a customer service delivery role and first class communication skills, you will be able to competently use a range of IT packages and have a strong team ethic. You will also be able to demonstrate empathy with the needs of residents and have a genuine commitment to resolving issues, as well as the ability to be flexible as some evening and weekend working may be required.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. We currently offer the opportunity to work up to three days at home (depending on the role). You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
