Neighbourhood Response Manager

We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Manager to lead a regional Neighbourhood Response Team, ensuring that our neighbourhoods are desirable places to live and that services are delivered to a high standard. This role involves managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships and focusing on service delivery for our more vulnerable customers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead and motivate your team through monthly 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and annual performance reviews to ensure key performance targets are met within policies and procedures, service standards, and organisational values.
  • Develop and monitor neighbourhood plans and local offers, ensuring they are delivered successfully with positive outcomes for local neighbourhoods. Work with local resident groups and stakeholders to identify and deliver on local priorities.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of estate inspections, ensuring that any resulting action plans are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications for the team, resolving any complaints to ensure quality customer care is provided and the reputation of the organisation is upheld.
  • Formulate and develop business strategies to achieve the objectives of the business plan.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing a team and delivering neighbourhood or estate services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in handling both internal and external communications.
  • Ability to formulate and implement strategies that align with the business objectives.
  • Experience in working with vulnerable customer groups is highly desirable.
