This is your chance to take the lead in managing a diverse non-social housing portfolio, including Discounted Market Rent, Market Rent, Shared Ownership, and Leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and successful sale/letting of Shared Ownership and Market Rent properties.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer-focused service, with a strong emphasis on resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies that ensure continuous improvement in all service areas.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures comply with current legislation and reflect best practices.
  • Work closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver successful schemes and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of private rent, shared ownership, leasehold management, and tenancy allocations.
  • Experience leading teams in a commercial housing environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results and improving service delivery.
  • High level of IT literacy and the ability to analyse and present information clearly.
  • Full UK driving licence.
