We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager to take the next step in their career, and take the position asa Registered Manager for a well known Domiciliary Care Provider!
The Role Includes:
- To alreadybe/become CQC registered
- To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC standards
- To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events
- Ensuring clients receive appropriate care to their needs and maintain high standards of care
- To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they receive the appropriatetraining necessary for their role
- Be able to work closely with the Business Manager to help growthe Business
