*Senior Technical Coordinator, North London*
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator, to work on an amazing regeneration scheme set to become an exciting new destination in North London, for a highly reputable and established developer. This is a huge residential and mixed-use project that will create over 1500 new homes and includes a gymnasium, creche and cafe. Designed by signature architects, with a focus on quality, this scheme upon completion will completely regenerate the local area.
As the Senior Technical Coordinator, you must be confident in the following; Coordinating all Technical Information
Checking and Approving Drawings
Liaising with all Key Stakeholders
Attending Progress Meetings
Preparing and Monitoring of Technical Specification
Managing External Consultants and liaising with other departments.
Ideally, candidates will already be working for a developer or design manager at a contractor on similarly residential lead schemes, alternatively, job running architects or technologists from architectural practices whose clients are developers, would also be considered. RC frame experience is also a requisite of this opportunity.
