Are you experienced in managing a team within a busy, demanding, and pressurised environment? I am currently recruiting for a HousingService Manager role based in North-West London on a temporary basis, (2-3 Month's) with a potential to go permanent.
The role of a Service Manager is central to maximising the opportunity to achieving positive outcomes for resident to enable them to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives during and after leaving the services.
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Fridays.
- Line management of up to 5-6 staff required and able to move around from one service to another in the borough.
- Pay in the region of £18.50 -19.50 (depending on experience)
The post holder will be responsible for the management units of accommodation services across Camden, North-West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Service (the development and supervision of team members, providing a consistent presence in services and promoting good practice, competence and confidence within the team)
- Maximise rental income and minimise voids.
- Supporting the team to assertively engage and coach people to develop their parenting skills and meaningful relationships to support them to live happy and successful lives
- Develop positive and effective working relationships with a range of internal, external statutory and non-statutory services whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of safeguarding practices.
