In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social workers dedicated to supporting children in care and their families. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality social care services, promoting positive outcomes, and managing complex cases with rigor and compassion.

Requirements:
- - Experience in children's social work, with a proven track record in management or supervisory roles
