About the Role As Team Manager in the Referral and Assessment Service, you'll oversee a team of five social workers, managing around 50 families. Youll lead from the front, ensuring that the child and family assessments are completed to the highest standards. With manageable caseloads (an average of 8 families per social worker) and a focus on reflective supervision, you'll have the time and support needed to lead effectively. You'll be part of a team that operates on a six-week duty cycle, receiving new allocations during duty week.
