A Technical Coordinator is required to join a successful region of one of the UKs top 5 developers. This ever expanding client pride themselves on the high quality of service they provide their clients earning them an enviable reputation within the industry.
Based between their West London office and South West London site, our client is seeking a capable individual to be involved in the development process who is resourceful in resolving technical problems and providing creative solutions to design issues. Individuals will be required to ensure drawings and developments meet strict regulations. In addition, they will have a good understanding of building techniques, materials and be able to communicate well with both internal and external teams.
Ideal candidates will have a relevant building or design qualification, good working knowledge of current building regulations and have experience delivering mid to large, residential schemes.
This role would suit existing Technical Coordinators or Architectural Technicians/Technologists from Architectural practices or Engineers with a strong residential background looking to take the next step in their career and make the transition to the client side.

A remuneration of 40k-47k plus package is on offer for the right candidate.
