We are seeking a Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer for an immediate start in a local authority based in modern offices in Catford, SE London. This ongoing temporary position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days working from home. The role involves a range of housing management tasks, property inspections, and handling various enquiries and complaints.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct occupancy and property inspections to ensure compliance and address any issues.
  • Manage and respond to emails promptly.
  • Undertake phone duties, providing clear and helpful responses to queries.
  • Complete a variety of housing management tasks efficiently.
  • Discharge housing duties and handle Notice to Quit (NTQ) processes.
  • Respond to enquiries and complaints, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Engagement with local MPs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in tenancy management and housing duties.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
