Responsibilities:

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and delivering complex transformation and change management initiatives within the housing sector.
  • Overseeing and managing strategic projects to improve housing management and deliver positive outcomes for residents.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and the achievement of organisational goals.
  • Providing strategic leadership and guidance to a team of professionals to drive performance and ensure project success.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex transformation and change management projects within the housing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housing management practises and regulations.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and drive performance within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Previous experience working within a local government or housing association setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the housing industry.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile).

Technologies:
