Camden social services are looking for a youth offending service manager to join their council and lead their service. They are looking for somone who has previously been a team manager/ service manager for the YOT service for a number of years. The role is a couple of days in the office and the rest is remote.
As Service Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of Camden Youth Justice Service. You will take overall responsibility for ensuring services are delivered in line with local and national standards, ensuring safe, effective and consistent delivery of high quality outcome-focused provision to children in Camden. You will lead on championing evidenced based and innovative practices that have participation and children and families at the heart of everything we do. You will provide regular supervision and line management to 3 YJS Team Managers
