Behaviour Support Assistant | Job Summary
- Full-time term time only Behaviour Support Assistant – Commencing in September until the end of the academic year
- Work alongside SENDCo, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
- Role Paying £450-£550 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- Experience working with children with SEND/SEMH is desirable
- Gain experience in a school setting with students from a disadvantaged background
Behaviour Support Assistant | Job Role
- Support small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis
- Highly rewarding role making a meaningful impact on children in a secondary school setting
- Supporting and comforting Student with Anxiety, Depression, ASD and additional SEN
- Building a trusting relationship with the pupil, offering consistent encouragement and guidance
