Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team, working in specialist provisions in Camden.
Behaviour Support Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for children with SEMH needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support children and help them achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
- Has experience working with challenging children and/or teenagers.
- Is resilient, patient, and able to adapt to the unique needs of each child.
- Can remain calm in challenging situations and provide a positive role model for students.
- Is committed to supporting the well-being and development of children with additional needs.
