GSL Education London Branch are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join one of their client schools in Lambeth. This is a fantastic chance for a passionate Behaviour Support Assistant to make a real difference in students' lives and be part of a supportive school community.
Responsibilities of a Behaviour Support Assistant:
- Support students with behavioural needs in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Help create and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers to manage classroom behaviour.
- Provide one-on-one support to students when needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing behaviour management plans.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements of a Behaviour Support Assistant:
- Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- Ability to support students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
