About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and passionate Adult Social Workers to join our dynamic teams within the London Borough of Haringey. We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives within their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of individuals and carers, conducting needs assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Respond swiftly to service user needs, promoting independence and choice through a range of interventions, including home-based support, short-term care, and community-based services.
