Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective case management and recording systems.
  • Coordinate referrals with key partners, completing all necessary documentation.
  • Adhere to GDPR and organisational data protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with the programme team to prepare various reports and documents.
  • Deliver informative workshops and outreach sessions to raise community awareness.
  • Maintain robust communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend relevant training and development sessions.
  • Collect and collate key evidence for potential legal actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
