Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for callers, offering support and directing them to further resources.
- Implement effective case management and recording systems.
- Coordinate referrals with key partners, completing all necessary documentation.
- Adhere to GDPR and organisational data protection procedures.
- Collaborate with the programme team to prepare various reports and documents.
- Deliver informative workshops and outreach sessions to raise community awareness.
- Maintain robust communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend relevant training and development sessions.
- Collect and collate key evidence for potential legal actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
