Theatre Practice Educator - Private Hospital in South East London
Permanent role working 37.5 hours per week

Do you have a passion for delivering expert training and education in a clinical setting? Look no further! We are looking for an experienced Clinical Educator to work forthe UK's largest provider of private healthcare. This is a permanent, full-time position and will be based in a flagship service in South East London. You will be paid a salary of £45,000 per annum.

To be considered for this role, you must...

  • Be a Registered General Nurse or registered practitioner on the HCPC
  • Have a teaching/education and/or mentoring qualification
  • Demonstrateevidence of professional development
  • Have excellent clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures
As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will...

  • Take the lead and deliver for day-to-day training and education at site with an emphasis on surgical theatres
  • Workclosely with the hospital senior management team to co-ordinate and provide delivery of training and education within scope of practice for the benefit of patient safety with the aim of ensuring the provision of high quality safe care
  • Deliver training and education as required in both a formal and informal setting aligned with the corporate clinical education strategy and competency framework
