- Key responsibilities include:
- Care Act Assessments
- Support planning
- Reviews
- Safeguarding and case management
- Statutory work including risk management and best interest decision-making.
- Qualified Social Worker with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
- Social Work England (SWE) registration.
- Strong experience in Care Act Assessments, reviews, and support planning.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and mental capacity assessments.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of 20-25 cases.
