Annual Salary: 46,000 - 58,000 (equivalent to 23.79 per hour, with overtime at 29.97 per hour)

Are you a dedicated Social Worker with a passion for supporting adults to live independent, empowered lives?
This company is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join its forward-thinking team within Adult Social Care. You will play a pivotal role in promoting independence, protecting adults at risk, and delivering person-centred support under the Care Act 2014 framework.
The Role:
- Conduct strength-based assessments and implement tailored care and support plans.
- Actively participate in safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate services to ensure they meet eligible needs.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies.
- Chair case conferences and planning meetings, including Safeguarding.

What You'll Need:
- Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in community and/or hospital settings, delivering adult care services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation (Care Act 2014, MCA 2005).
- Ability to manage workloads, chair meetings, and make decisions under pressure.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and the ability to travel as required.
