Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:

  • Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma level)
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to promoting person-centered practice
  • Flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours as required
