You will be:
You will be joining the Learning Disabilities Team; your main responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking a caseload of service users with Learning Disabilities, assessing their needs and input an appropriate care plan in place.
- Respond appropriately to unexpected events and crisis and can recognize signs of harm, abuse and neglect and how to manage these issues.
- Deliver excellent strengths-based assessments, interventions, care planning, as appropriate.
- Completing Mental Capacity Act Assessments.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
