There are currently two different roles across the service being recruited for: 2x vacancies One of the roles is working to complete the backlogs of reviews/assessments across the service- mainly in the LD adults side of the service. There is a strong emphasis on someone who is capable and confident in completing these tasks in a very timely manner.
2x vacancies One of the roles is working with Young Adults aged 18-25 who have a learning disability and are Care Act eligible. The role will involve undertaking Care Act Assessments, completing support plans, completing reviews, safeguarding (all statutory work) and case management/oversight that is required. Caseload is 20-25.
Flexible working arrangements can be offered but all visits and majority of meetings need to be in person. Need to be in the office around twice a week.
