We are seeking a Youth Justice Case Manager to support children and young people involved in the justice system. You will manage a caseload of youth justice cases, ensuring compliance with the National Standards and HMIP Inspection Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to help young people complete their orders and live crime-free lives.

  • Engage with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Use AssetPlus for trauma-informed case management, focusing on reducing reoffending.

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and prepare reports for courts and panels.

  • Represent Youth Justice Services in court proceedings.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people in the justice system or a related field.

  • Knowledge of youth justice legislation and trauma-informed practice.

  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies.
