  • Working with a small caseload of children and young people and their families, supporting them in building resilience and navigate and challenge the local system.
  • Facilitate person-centred care and timely support and interventions
  • Carry out initial assessments with CYP to understand what support is required and assess and review the needs of CYP on a regular basis and monitor their progress to gauge ongoing support requirements and address any challenges
  • To attend and contribute to community and inpatient care and treatment reviews

Requirements

  • Professional registration ideally within CAMHS remit such as: Social Worker, Nurse, Teacher, Therapist or significant experience working with children and young people with additional needs
  • Enhanced DBS - Children and adults
