This South London Authority are looking for an Assistant Practitioner to work within their Adult Services. Details of the role are:
This post reports directly to the Team Manager and is a member of the Social Work Team responsile for the delivering the ongoing support and reiew function for the Council. The role will work aceoss Complex Support, Support Planning and Reviews as directed.
Specialist knowsledge and skills:
- Safeguarding
- Resources and procedures
- Identification of continuing healthcare needs
- Identification of Mental Capacity, Safeguarding, DOLS and complex family issues.
To apply for this role you must have:
- A relevant qualification - Social Care NVQs
- Have experience of working within Adult Services
- Be eligible to work within the UK
