Attendance Officer

Academics are currently working with a Primary School in the London Borough of Hillingdon looking to speak with experienced and hardworking School Attendance Officers to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Requirements
* Updating pupil information on SIMS.
* Record keeping of students progress/attendance.
* General admin duties within the office team.
* Greeting internal/external visitors into the school.
* Strong IT and communication skills.

Person Specification
* Previous School Attendance experience is essential.
* Full right to work in the UK/DBS on the update service.
* You will be expected to know how to use SIMs extremely well, to enable you to carry out your daily system functions with minimum support/training.
* Be able demonstrate initiative and team working ability, and effectively communicate and coordinate with the team.
