Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary School in Islington who are looking for Behaviour Mentors to work with them starting as soon as possible, to help support their students from EYFS - KS2. These roles would run until the end of the academic year in July 2024, on a full-time basis. In this role you will be supporting their students on a 1:1 basis and in groups, that have Social and Emotional Mental health needs and high anxiety around school, leading to challenging behaviours. Due to the needs of the children it would be desirable if you have previous experience working within a similar position.The school is looking for confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor who are eager to learn, develop and help students grow. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to use your initiative to help best support them and the class teacher. This will be a very rewarding role for the right person and will pay up to £550 per week.What the school are looking for in their Behaviour Mentor:
