Are you passionate about supporting young people in managing their behaviour and achieving their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in a school located within the borough of Newham.

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students in our isolation unit, providing guidance and support to help them overcome behavioural challenges. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and productive school environment through regular on-call duties, which include monitoring the campus and assisting students as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students in the isolation unit, helping them to manage their behaviour and focus on learning
  • Monitor the campus and respond to on-call duties, ensuring students are safe and supported
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop strategies for student success
