Key Responsibilities:

  • �? Work closely with teachers and support staff to create strategies for students who may face behavioural challenges.
  • ?? Offer one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, helping students develop coping strategies and positive social skills.
  • ?? Build trusting relationships with students, providing a safe space to discuss and work through challenges.
  • ?? Assist in the classroom, supporting engagement and encouraging positive behaviour.
  • �? Keep accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers, support staff, and families.

What We’re Looking For:

  • �? Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, is highly desirable.
  • �? Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy, with a positive approach to helping students succeed.
  • ?? Ability to manage challenging behaviours constructively and maintain a calm, supportive environment.
  • ?? Collaborative attitude, with a commitment to working as part of a dedicated team.
