Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join this supportive alternative education provider in central London. This is a full time, long-term role starting in January for the rest of the academic year *upon review there will be an opportunity to go permanent.

The role:
- Working with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting positive behaviour and emotional literacy
- Encouraging and promoting student engagement in learning activities
- Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student
- Collaborating with staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies
- Monitoring and recording student progress and achievements
As Behaviour Mentor you will need:
- Experience of supporting children and young people with SEBD/SEMH
- Open-minded, positive and friendly approach
- A caring and professional manner
- Must have legal right to work in the UK
