Responsibilities:
  • Support children with moderate to severe SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and social interaction challenges.
  • Work 1:1 and with small groups to ensure progress in learning and personal development.
  • Maintain a calm, supportive, and interactive approach to motivate students throughout the day.
  • Encourage small achievements, promoting confidence and motivation in every child.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of SEN and previous experience in a similar role.
  • A calm, patient, and resilient demeanour.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for working with children with SEN, with a focus on helping them thrive in a school setting.
