  • Work with the School Team: Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to the child's learning and well-being.
  • Be a Positive Role Model: Demonstrate patience, understanding, and a constructive attitude, guiding the pupil towards more positive behaviour patterns.
