We're looking for committed and compassionate Behaviour Mentors to join our partnered SEN Settings in South London!

Position: Behaviour MentorLocation: Middlesex / West LondonHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 4:00 pm)Contract: Long-term commitment required

About the Role - Behaviour mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll work closely with students who have SEMH needs, guiding and supporting them in managing challenges and achieving personal and educational goals. Your role will be instrumental in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters resilience and growth.

What We're Looking For in a Behaviour mentor

- Experience in an SEMH or PRU setting is highly preferred however graduates are in high demand also!- Patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to commit to full-time hours and a long-term role
