Behaviour Support Officer | Job Role
  • Monitor and manage behaviour across the school, including patrolling the corridors and providing on-the-spot support
  • Work with students to de-escalate potential disruptions and promote a safe and productive learning environment
  • Update the school behaviour logs and record any incidents efficiently
  • Escorting pupils who are out of lessons, to their appropriate classroom and assisting with lunchtime and afterschool detentions
  • Supporting EAL students from a variety of backgrounds (predominantly Bengali speaking)
