Behaviour Support Worker | Job Role
- Monitor and manage behaviour across the school, including patrolling the corridors and providing on-the-spot support
- Work with students to de-escalate potential disruptions and promote a safe and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies that meet individual student needs
- Assist with behaviour interventions, helping students to understand and improve their conduct
