Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage behaviour across the school, including patrolling the corridors and providing on-the-spot support.
- Work with students to de-escalate potential disruptions and promote a safe and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies that meet individual student needs.
- Assist with behaviour interventions, helping students to understand and improve their conduct.
- Provide consistent support to help students focus on their learning and achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a behaviour support role or similar capacity, ideally within a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude to supporting students and staff.
