As a Private CAMHS Inpatient Consultant Psychiatrist, you will:
- Serve as the Consultant and Responsible Clinician within the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Take overall responsibility for patient care and treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and manage cases in collaboration with patients, carers, and external stakeholders.
- Chair MDT/CPA Meetings and adhere to organisational admission and discharge policies.
- Provide clinical leadership in collaboration with the Ward Manager.
- Participate in governance meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in academic activities, including case presentations and teaching.

The ideal candidate for the Private CAMHS Inpatient Consultant Psychiatrist role will have:
- MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree and MRCPsych.
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
- Registration on the specialist register with CAMHS CCT/CESR, along with valid AC Status.
- Experience and knowledge in CAMHS.
- Understanding of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Commitment to continued professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
