Job Title: Carpenter Multi trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Essex/East London Borders
Pay: 21 p/h
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
My client is looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi Trader to work on their maintenance contracts on the borders of Essex and East London. Van and fuel card included.
Duties will include:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Floor laying
- Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
Requirements:
- Multi Trade experience
- Social housing/High volume works experience
- UK Driving licence
- East London based
Job Type: Full-time
