We are recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade Operative who also has skills in basic electrics, changing/replacing locks, window repairs/boarding up.
The job requires work and travel across South East London and is Friday to Tuesdaybetween 6pm to 4am.
The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.
We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The role is to -
- Carry out emergency property repairs social housing
- Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
- Full UK driving license not EU licence
- Own tools
- Friday - Tuesday 6PM - 4AM
- Experience of working in social housing
- DBS certificate
